Systems Cascade Diaphragm Pump Systems univac

For the central supply of several vacuum consumers the MPKC diaphragm pumping
systems type "univac" are particularly well suited. In a mobile framework
up to 6 diaphragm pumps can be accommodated. The measurement and control
system is easy to operate and maintain, installed in the switchbox. Suction
and exhaust manifolds link the diaphragm pumps to central KF 25 ports.
Condensates are caught both before and after the pumps in 500 ml round bottom
flasks. The final vacuum level is govern by the selection of a particular pump
type. The Vacuum Controller regulates the pump system with its unique
software.
The diaphragm pumps are started sequentially according to demand. The Teach
function determines the background operating conditions and adjusts the system
automatically. The operating parameters are entered at the keyboard of the
Controller or via PC (R-S 232) with the software "Ilmvac Control 521".
